Today we are celebrating the grand opening of Sullivan Dental Partners! A long-term vision to building the practice, we are talking about the steps of our journey and how we could reach our goal of dental partnership. Dr. Rick believes and teaches that the best investment you can make is your investment in yourself. So, when they combined forces, Dr. Rick and Dr. Sully could pick up restorations and general dentistry. This allowed Dr. Rick to work on more cases involving wisdom teeth and other aesthetic dentistry.

Opportunity costs could be found early on. Dr. Sully realized that his father had a robust surgical skillset, but they didn’t have a set block schedule. So, Sully coming in and giving the practice another skillset; they were able to better organize the time they spent in-office with patients by blocking off times.
